The house that started it all. This is the original home of Frank & Mary Huettl. (what is now 109 Ivy Lane)
The house has stayed in the Huettl family, first being aquired from the estate by John P.,
then Stanley aquired it from his father, John P. and was the owner at the time of the demolition.
John's daughter, JoAnn and her husband John Lamm were the first to rent the house.
Next, Stanley & Barb rented it as their first residence after getting married in 1979.
When Roger Huettl sold his split-level at 106 Ivy Lane, Stanley purchased it from him, and then rented out 109.
The last renters were Deb Becker & Andy Johnson.
